About YO RIDER:

YO RIDER has been DJing various types of music and vibes, performing at festivals such as YOUTOPIA, LONG BEACH LOVE FESTIVAL, and OFF THE GRID. Since he can play any genre, he has also played at yacht parties, nightclubs, marathons, corporate events, and conscious medicine music for Ecstatic Dance and other Bass events. He thrives in the underground rave scene but has played in all scenes.  In addition to his DJing, he is a music producer and will soon be releasing music on Spotify. Dark Backstory:

YO Rider started DJing during his chemotherapy treatment in 2010. He challenged himself to learn a new genre of music each month during his chemo rounds, creating mixes to share his journey. He used music as a distraction and found inspiration and hope in the process. Each mix was accompanied by an explanation of his current chemo round, aiming to inspire others going through tough times. Through this process it made him able to be a versatile dj.
